As a veteran product development leader, I have experience working both WITH and WITHIN Design, Product and Engineering teams across domains including automotive, healthcare, HR tech, IT Security and Lifestyle Media.

I'm deepest on Design (from an IC perspective as well as Leadership and Operations) and UX Research/Usability Testing, but I've gotten into the weeds over the last decade or so in general Program Management, Strategy, and Process & Product Definition.

I strive for a balance between "what's possible vs valuable" while asking "Who are we building this for & how does it improve their lives?"
